The house in Ponte de Lima has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. The house is 1,400 m². The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air-conditioned, garage the same building, 1 TV.the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and hob are provided.

A family home, with a private swimming pool and a fantastic barbecue for relaxed summer lunches, perfect for gatherings or simply to discover the Picturesque Minho! Located just under 2 km from the Ecovia, a pedestrian route along the banks of the Lima river, which connects the house to the historic centre of Portugal's Oldest Town in just under half an hour, on a walk that is well worth it!

The name honours the memory of two sisters, very well known in the parish and nicknamed "the Branquinhas", who looked after the land and the old ruin throughout their lives! Today, the ruin has been transformed into a fully renovated house designed with our visitors in mind, with simple decoration and neutral tones, with all the comfort and amenities for a memorable stay.
The house is composed of two floors, both with direct access:
- on the ground floor, at pool level, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition to one of the bedrooms (with a double bed) and a bathroom that also serves as a service toilet. It also has the laundry area.
- on the 1st Floor, you will find the other two suites, both with two single beds and private bathroom. One of the suites has a balcony overlooking the pool area, the other has direct access to the rear garden.
Outside, the house has a small side garden and the pool area with sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as an outdoor dining table and a fantastic barbecue for your summer meals!
You will have at your disposal a covered garage space and several parking spaces in front of one of the house's entrances.

All spaces are entirely yours, for exclusive use, during your stay.

My name is José, your local guide and host for everything you may need! I will personally check you in and show you all the important information about the space, places to see nearby, local services and much more!
During your stay, my team and I will be 100% available to meet all your needs and requests!

The house is integrated into an area with several shops, and even directly across and within a radius of less than 300m:
- "Panilima" bakery, on one side, 10 metres away
- Traditional Portuguese food restaurant, "Fatima Amorim", on the other side of the house
- S.João butcher's shop, 50 metres away, with a small market
- Coutinho pharmacy, 60 metres away

Access to the Ecovia is only 1.5 km away, via always rural paths. The Ecovia is a walking trail that connects Ponte de Lima to Viana do Castelo (on one side) and to Arcos de Valdevez (on the other), always along the banks of the Lima River!

The nearest supermarket, the Intermarché in Ponte de Lima, is about 3 km by car.

From Porto Airport to home - 50 minutes driving
Take the A28, direction Viana do Castelo and then follow the A27 or the N203 to Ponte de Lima.

So that you don't lack anything and to provide you with a worry-free stay, we have at your disposal a private Transfer service to anywhere, as well as local taxi contacts.

- Mandatory quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00, please respect this.
- Groups of young people and on specific festive dates may be charged a deposit of €300 upon arrival.
- Pets will be charged a deposit of €100 upon arrival and returned at check-out after house inspection. We ask that waste is always picked up and that pets are supervised, especially indoors to prevent damage.
