A family home, with a private swimming pool and a fantastic barbecue for relaxed summer lunches, perfect for gatherings or simply to discover the Picturesque Minho! Located just under 2 km from the Ecovia, a pedestrian route along the banks of the Lima river, which connects the house to the historic centre of Portugal's Oldest Town in just under half an hour, on a walk that is well worth it!
The name honours the memory of two sisters, very well known in the parish and nicknamed "the Branquinhas", who looked after the land and the old ruin throughout their lives! Today, the ruin has been transformed into a fully renovated house designed with our visitors in mind, with simple decoration and neutral tones, with all the comfort and amenities for a memorable stay.
The house is composed of two floors, both with direct access:
- on the ground floor, at pool level, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition to one of the bedrooms (with a double bed) and a bathroom that also serves as a service toilet. It also has the laundry area.
- on the 1st Floor, you will find the other two suites, both with two single beds and private bathroom. One of the suites has a balcony overlooking the pool area, the other has direct access to the rear garden.
Outside, the house has a small side garden and the pool area with sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as an outdoor dining table and a fantastic barbecue for your summer meals!
You will have at your disposal a covered garage space and several parking spaces in front of one of the house's entrances.
All spaces are entirely yours, for exclusive use, during your stay.

The house overlooks the countryside and mountains and has a private garden with a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. It is surrounded by cultivated fields and is close to Portugal's oldest village - Ponte de Lima - whose historic centre is just 10 minutes from the house. Recently renovated, it has the capacity to accommodate up to 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms, together with an elegant living room and a functional open-plan kitchen. The outdoor terrace faces the swimming pool.
The house is located in a rural area, where time passes at the pace of the village. Surrounded by hills, meadows and woodland, it is a peaceful place for a holiday.
Its proximity to the town of Ponte de Lima allows you to be in just 10 minutes by car in the historic centre of the town or at Ponte de Lima Golf Course.
With a well-maintained land area around the house of approximately 1800 square metres, it is possible to offer our guests leisure space, seating areas, shaded zones by woodland, with sun on the swimming pool lawn, terraces and a barbecue area.
The house is for the exclusive use of guests only, with technical and supply areas that are closed for security reasons.
In the village where the house is located, traditional agriculture for family consumption still predominates. The house is surrounded by cultivated fields, meadows and wooded areas.
It is recommended to use a car that will be kept stored within the property.
